O’Brien, age 49, of Elmhurst, member Notre Dame Monogram Club, former member CBOT, owner of OrangeTheoryFitness in Geneva, St. Charles and South Elgin, LaCrosse Coach at IC Catholic Prep; beloved husband of Lisa, nee Luedecking; loving father of Brendan, Charles, Jack and Margaret; dear brother of Patricia (Tom) Guilfoile, Kathe (Joe) Rafferty and Maureen (Chris) Clancy; cherished son of the late Thomas (Barbara) and the late Patricia, nee Sullivan; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.
