Timothy R. Dunne, age 68, lifetime resident of Elmhurst, graduate of Immaculate Conception High School, Class of 1974. Received his Bachelor’s Degree from St. Ambrose University, Iowa and his MBA from Lewis University; retired employee at MetLife with 38 years of service; Pro shop manager at White Pines, Bensenville; beloved husband of Mary E., nee Conrad; loving father (“D”) of Meaghan (Adam) Fernandez, Brian Dunne, Timmy (Mavic) Dunne and Erin (Tyler) Clark; proud Papa D of AJ, Henry and Timmy; cherished son of Mary Ellen, nee Diebler (the late Bill Gleason) and the late Bill Dunne; dear brother of Bill (Jaynie) Dunne, Anne (the late Tim) Baetz, Mary Liz (Bill) Dudek and the late Peter (Laura) Dunne; fond uncle D of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Sunday, November 3, 2024, 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Gibbons Funeral Home, 134 South York Road, (½ mile North of Saint Charles Road), Elmhurst. Friends and family will meet Monday, November 4, 2024, for a Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 9:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 134 Arthur Street, Elmhurst. Interment Private.     I can’t believe that Tim has passed so suddenly, I’m so sorry for your huge unexpected loss and I LOVE that Guy!
    My condolences to you, Mary, Timmy, Brian, Meagan, Erin, Mrs. Dunne and the entire wonderful Dunne Family.
    We’re out of the country for about a month, I apologize for not being able to attend my friend, Tim’s services, but know that All of you are in our continuous prayers and we’re with you All in spirit!
