Angeline M. Nelligan, nee Castiglia, age 83, resident of Culver, Indiana, formerly of Northlake; beloved wife of Denis of 62 years; loving mother of Terese (Gerry) Feeney, Tricia (Dave) Ambrose, Julie (Steve) Pones and Anne (Bob) Quast; cherished grandmother of Brian, Maureen, Megan and Brendan Feeney, Shelby (fiancé Gil Byers) and Parker (Jordan) Ambrose, Lauren, Emily, Jack and Lily Pones and Patricia, Joseph and Trevor Quast; preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Clara; dear sister of Anthony Castiglia and the late Mary (the late Tom) McNamara; fond aunt of many. She was a member of Friends of the Culver Library. She loved reading, cardmaking, and shopping but she loved nothing more than spending time with her grandkids. Visitation Wednesday, 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Thursday, 8:00 a.m. until time of prayers 9:00 a.m. at Gibbons Funeral Home, 134 South York Road, (½ mile North of Saint Charles Road), Elmhurst. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 a.m. at Visitation Catholic Church. Interment Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, Hillside.
