Carol Ann Warren

Carol Ann Warren, nee DiGangi, age 69, of Lombard, passed away June 9, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born to Louis and Dorothy DiGangi in Chicago, Carol was a joyful, enthusiastic adventurer, crafter, and gardener. Beloved wife to Michael for 47 years; loving sister of Chuck (Margie) DiGangi, Diane (Dominick Fashoda) DiGangi, and the late Joseph Vaccarella, and sister-in-law of Jean (the late Richard) Boerema, Steve (Tim Siebert) Warren, and the late Lynn Warren; cherished aunt of David (Shawna) Boerema and Mark (Courtney) Boerema, Lisa (Scott Ketelboeter) DiGangi, Robert (Erin) DiGangi, Erin (Jack) Pereira, and Christine DiGangi; devoted great-aunt of Will and Tyler Boerema, Aimee Boerema, Raymond Ketelboeter, Charlotte DiGangi, Luke and Madison Periera. Our beloved wife, sister, aunt, and friend Carol has left us too soon, and though our hearts are shattered, we strive to celebrate her life and cherish the memories she leaves us. Friends and family will meet for a committal service, Thursday, June 15, 2023, 10:00 a.m. at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery Main Office, 1400 South Wolf Road, Hillside.
