Hermanek, nee Ruffolo, age 101 , longtime resident of Elmhurst, formerly of South Bend, Indiana; beloved wife of the late Thomas J.; loving mother of Thomas (Therese), John (Mary) and Jim Hermanek; cherished grandmother of Tommy, Cara, Mary Frances, Johnny, Evelyn and the late Connor Patrick and great-grandmother of Ruby; dear sister of Betty (LaRue) Kabance.
