Jacqueline Fratella

Jacqueline Fratella, nee Tatarniuk, passed peacefully into the arms of the Lord on Sunday, December 19. Born on August 6, 1940 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, she moved to Detroit in 1967 where she married Nick Fratella in 1969. Jacqueline is survived by her son Mark (Erin) and grandson Nicholas. Her greatest joy in life was caring for, and spending time with, her grandson, Nicholas. He was the light of her life. Her eyes would light up with joy and pride any time his name was mentioned. A private service will be held and a mass will be offered for the repose of Jacqueline’s soul on January 18, 2022 at 8:00am at Immaculate Conception Church. Because of the tremendous compassionate care she received, in lieu of flowers, Jacqueline’s family kindly requests donations be made in her name to the Elmhurst Memorial Hospital Foundation.
