Jeanne C. Mondi, nee Anderson, age 79, longtime resident of Elmhurst, currently of Wood Dale; beloved wife of Charles; loving mother of Daniel (Marisa), James (Michelle), Paul (Carla) and Timothy (Cheryl) Mondi and Renee (Brennan) Kohl; proud grandmother of Peter (Rachel), Jeanna, Paul, Colin, Luke, Nicole, Brady, Michael, Jack, Brian, Ryan, Kyle Mondi and Lily Kohl; cherished great-grandmother of Oliver Mondi; dear sister of Lynne (Ken) Schiller and the late William (Margaret) Anderson; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. She was a proud and joyful grandmother, who shared her smile, generosity and kindness with all.  Visitation Tuesday, 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. until time of prayers 9:00 a.m. at Gibbons Funeral Home, 134 South York Road, (½ mile North of Saint Charles Road), Elmhurst. Mass of Christian Burial 9:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Interment Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, Hillside.
