Alice N. Miller, nee Negoshian, age 94, of Elmhurst, Illinois, passed away at her home on June 16, 2021. Loving wife of 42 years to the late Herman Miller, beloved mother to her four children David (Char), Robert (Melissa), John Miller and Susan (Tyler) Prince; Proud and adoring grandmother of Taylor, Ryan, Lauren, Grace, Jason & Jacob and great-grandmother of Michael. Dear sister of Helen Leopold; Cherished Aunt of many nieces and nephews, special cousin of Paul Bogosian and Elizabeth Green, and good friend to so very many. Alice was born and raised in Chicago and held many different jobs throughout her lifetime but the one she was most proud of was being a mother and grandmother. She loved her Armenian heritage and the culture that embodied it – particularly all the delicious food. She also started her own Script Writing business which she had for many years and worked on hundreds of weddings and other special occasions. She later taught script writing classes at Elmhurst Park District. Alice traveled all over Europe and loved cruises, she was an avid reader, enjoyed old movies & game shows, going to the theater, volunteering at her children’s schools, lunching with her many friends and later in life was a volunteer for the Culture Club Program at Elmhurst Public Library. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren over the years – in particular she loved a good party or excuse to have one. Alice lived a long and full life and she will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Services and Interment Private.
