Lowe, nee Phillips, age 90, resident of Addison for over 59 years; past President of Fusion Fabricating, Chicago; beloved wife of the late Harry; loving mother of Jack Lowe and Jennifer (Peter) Pecoraro; cherished grandmother of Robert and Joe Pecoraro; devoted daughter of the late John and the late Genevieve Phillips and sister of the late Thomas and Jack Phillips and Donna Worth.
