Evelyn M. Nosek, nee Blaha; age 99, of Elmhurst, passed away peacefully at home – just short of her 100th birthday, former member of St. Leonard’s Parish, Berwyn, current parishioner at Immaculate Conception Parish, Elmhurst; beloved wife of the late Roy F.; loving mother of Dennis (Jean), Ron (Sue), Roy, Gary (Sue) and Debby; Everlovin’ grandma of David (Sarah), Mark (Nacibe), Mike (Vika), Andrew (Tanya), Aaron (Mary Beth), Jude (Susie Donohue), Carrie (Patrick) Ryan, Leah (Bryce) Jones, Joe (Kristina), Carl (Gayle), Ellen (Matt) Boyle, Nora and Justin; cherished great-grandmother of 24; dear sister of the late George and daughter of the late Bohumil and the late Agnes Blaha. Visitation Friday, 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Gibbons Funeral Home, 134 South York Road, (½ mile North of Saint Charles Road), Elmhurst. Friends and family will meet for a Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, 11:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 134 Arthur Street. Interment Private.
