Michael Allen Henriksen

Michael Allen Henriksen, age 55, passed away and is at peace following complications from a brain injury; Fenton High School, class of 1982, jack of all trades including handyman, car repair enthusiast, United Airlines Ramp Attendant and Maintenance Engineer with the Midwest Operating Engineers Union, McHenry ; beloved son of James F. and Susan P., nee Hansen, Henriksen; proud big brother of Steven (Christine) and Kristin; loving uncle of Samantha, Sydney, Brendan, Shea and Quinn; dear nephew and cousin of the Henriksen and Hansen families; devoted companion to his four legged friends – Tracker, Bosch and the late Bogey and Harley. Mike will be always remembered for his love of family, friends, Bears football, lake living, waterskiing, Maui sunsets and his huge love for dogs. We will always love and cherish you Michael, just as we will our memories of you. Visitation Saturday, March 30, 2019, 12:00 noon until time of service 5:00 p.m. at Gibbons Funeral Home, 134 South York Road, (½ mile North of Saint Charles Road), Elmhurst.
