Charles A. “Chuck” Goding, age 84, longtime resident of Elmhurst, currently of Lombard, Longtime Director of Corporate Communications for Nalco Chemical Company, former President of the Oak Brook Association of Commerce and Industry; founding director of Training, Inc., a training program for welfare recipients; former Adjunct Professor, Lewis University; former member of Elmhurst Zoning and Planning Commission, former Director Elmhurst District 205 Foundation, Mayoral appointee to the Historic Preservation Commission in Elmhurst; past President of Chicago Chapter of the Business Professional Advertising Association; beloved husband of Connie for over 61 years; loving father of Chuck Jr. (Julie) and Craig (Heather) Goding and Cindi (Dennis) Lockhart; proud grandfather of Berit Goding, Caleb (Therese) and Noel Goding and Alec Lockhart.
