Alice C. Re

Alice C. Re, nee Rachel, age 94, of Nokomis, Florida, formerly of Elmhurst, passed away quietly at her home, surrounded by her loved ones. Beloved wife of the late Michael Re, Sr.; loving mother of Michael Re, Jr. (Karen), Leslie Oslansky (Paul), and Randall Re; cherished grandmother of DeAnne Rosen (Adam), Ben Re, Joe (fiancé, Erica Ramos) Re, Amanda Re, Randall Re, II, and Russell Re; proud daughter of the late Peter and the late Mary Rachel; special friend of Donald Smith. Alice was an active member of Polish American Society of Venice, Florida. She spent her leisure time gardening, doing Sudoku, completing paint by numbers art work, computer games, enjoying casino trips, and working puzzles, the larger and more pieces the better. Visitation Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service 11:00 a.m. at Gibbons Funeral Home, 134 South York Road, (½ mile North of Saint Charles Road), Elmhurst.
