Linda A Wilson, passed away surrounded by her beloved family, native of Chicago and long time resident of Elmhurst; dearest wife and “Hon” of Michael; treasured mother of David (Karyn), Susan (Bill Pearch), Liane, Marla (John) Lyon and Joseph (Jamie) Wilson; cherished grandma of Samantha Wilson, Brody and Riley Wilson, Edward and Emil Schullo, Logan and Reid Lyon and Ryan and Ethan Wilson; dear daughter of the late Carmen and the late Catherine Jean Covelli, fond sister of Marlyn Covelli, Elaine (the late Edward) Kimball and Jerome (Brenda) Covelli and aunt of many nieces and nephews. We were constantly amazed at what Linda could learn about someone in just a few minutes of conversation. Like she was known to do, you might end up finding a connection to a stranger by asking about the simple but most important things: how long have you worked here, where did you grow up, or where do you live now. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you follow her example and find those connections that are awaiting you. Friends and family will meet for a Mass of Christian Burial, Monday, June 19, 2017, 9:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 134 Arthur Street, Elmhurst. Interment Private. Arrangements handled by Gibbons Funeral Home, Elmhurst. 630-832-0018 or www.gibbonsfuneralhome.com
