James J. “Jimmy” Maly

James J. “Jimmy” Maly, age 62, of Glen Ellyn, beloved partner of the late LesLee Summers; loving father of Daniel; dear twin brother of Glenn (Jackie) Maly, dear brother of Jeffrey Maly and Laura (Robert) Englehart; cherished son of the late Frances V. and the late Richard R. Maly; fond uncle of several nieces and nephews. Jimmy was also special in the lives of LesLee’s children, Nicholas Summers and Natasha (Brian) Bass and their son Tristen Bass. Jimmy loved the outdoors, spending time in nature, fishing and hunting. He is best remembered for his generous heart and willingness to help others. He gave over 33 years of service to Elmhurst Memorial Hospital working in facilities and leaves behind many friends and colleagues in the Elmhurst Memorial family. Visitation Friday, 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a funeral service at 7:00 p.m. at Gibbons Funeral Home, 134 South York Road, (½ mile North of Saint Charles Road), Elmhurst. Interment Private.
