Polly J. Librizzi, nee Greifenkamp, age 81, beloved wife of the late Joseph J.; loving mother of Denise, Tom (Sabrina), Phil, Marilyn (Dan) Donati, Blaise and John; proud grandmother of Jake, Katie, Nick, Rachel, Emily, Nicole, Nathan and Nevin; dear sister of Tom (the late Arlene), Laura (the late Manny Rancer), Donald (Carol), Jay (Sheila), Kathy Greifenkamp, Mary (the late David) Sparks and the late Rick Greifenkamp; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Polly was a longtime paralegal with Librizzi & Dunn Attorneys at Law and an active member in her spiritual Community Group. Visitation Friday, 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Gibbons Funeral Home, 134 South York Road, (½ mile North of Saint Charles Road), Elmhurst. Friends and family will meet for a Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, 9:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 134 Arthur Street, Elmhurst. Interment Private.
