John Thomas Foley, Jr, age 65, dedicated fleet manager for the Evanston Vehicle Maintenance Facility (VMF), Postal Service employee with 49 years of service; beloved husband of Cathy, nee Rotella; loving father of Katrina, Krista and Lisa (Anthony) McManus; devoted Pa of Tony, Amber, Matthew, Brenden and Tyler; dear sister of the late Paula and brother-in-law of Louis, Carmella, Joseph, Cathy, Roger and Paulette; cherished son of the late Marie and the late John T. Foley, Sr.; fond uncle, great-uncle and cousin of many. John had a towing business for nearly 20 years and loved to work on cars in his spare time. He was best known for his quick wit and to the point personality. He will be missed by all who knew him.
