Barry Francis Tharp, age 24, resident of Elmhurst, graduate of Montini Catholic High School , Class of 2009; member Axis Youth Ministry at Willow Creek Church and Teens Encounter Christ; Beloved son of Barry T. and Debbie, nee Darley; loving brother of Darley; proud grandson of Gene Tharp, Judy (Mike) Curtin and Reg and Fran Darley; beloved nephew and cousin of many.  Visitation Saturday, January 3, 2015, 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m. at Gibbons Funeral Home, 134 South York Road, (½ mile North of Saint Charles Road), Elmhurst. Friends and family will meet for a  Mass of Christian Burial, Sunday, January 4, 2015, 2:00 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 134 Arthur Street, Elmhurst.  Interment Private.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Teens Encounter Christ, 3209 60th Street, Moline, IL 61265 or Teen Challenge Ministry, 5250 N Towne Center Dr., Ozark, Missouri 65721 or NAMI, P.O.
