My prayers of peace to the family of Mrs. Long. I knew her for many years and found her to be a true example of a faithful Christian
I loved having conversations with her that ranged from stewardship of money and proper investments, to her sharing her love for her family.
I appreciate her being a modern day Saint in my life and reminding me of the goodness of the LORD.

Dear Denny, Terry, Mary Jean, Kevin, and all the family, Your mother was a very favorite aunt of John and myself. She loved life
and was so much fun to be with. I understand that loosing a mother, no matter how long she lived, is so hard to accept. She was a
grand lady. Always a lady! We loved her very much. When I came into the family, meeting Aunt Mary Louise was a joy. God love you all. Pat

Although I was the young one trying to keep up with who is who in our extended family, I have to say all of the Longs have always been extremely giving and compassionate to all family members. Aunt Mary Louise, I know is now up with the other “Greats” looking down on us. We are so sorry for your loss, but your mom’s unselfishness and giving heart resides in all of you . God bless. I think about the poker club friends of my parents and remember them fondly. Mary Louise and my Dad, Bob Mullins, seemed like really good friends. I had many good times at your house and at Wonder Lake. Remember when we broke the windows on that house with rocks? Lol Your Mom was always so nice! I’m so sorry that I missed her service. I’m in Rochelle IL now. I don’t go on Facebook very often so I never kept up on everyone. Please accept my belated condolences.
