Tom and family . .. Jack and I are so stunned that Cindy was struck so quickly by such a devastating illness. She was a lovely woman, inside and out. We can’t imagine your sorrow and we share in it as we know so many others do. We wanted you to know that we are thinking of you and praying for you as you go through this painful time. I plan to join in the celebration of her life at her mass this morning. God is receiving a wonderful woman. Elaine Thompson and Jack Friedman.

I was so sorry to learn just this evening of Cindy Moore’s passing. My children graduated from Jefferson Elementary several years ago now, but I was just reminiscing last week with one of Cindy’s admirers at the post office about Cindy’s amazing grace greeting children and parents at Jefferson’s door with a kind smile and an amazing knack of knowing just what everyone needed to make everything “all better.” She took such wonderful, constant care of all the Jefferson families – I am devastated to think she will not have the joy of retiring with her beloved husband to watch her grandchildren grow. Thank you Mrs. Moore for always being there with a smile and a kind word no matter how early in the morning or how late in the afternoon – everything you did you did well, and with love.
